Up & Down!
And Everywhere Around

Today you’re up
Tomorrow a bit down
It takes a bit to spin all around.
Please stay straight to not hit the ground.
The next day you’re down with a bit of a frown,
But keep your head up
And try to smile more up, rather than down
You never know what comes popping around.
Some days might be windy,
Some very sunny and sweet
Sometimes you’re really running
While in some, you put up your feet.
It’s ok to be tired, even more so upbeat.
All the things you do should make life a treat.
But, even when you’re down, try skipping a beat,
Life is fabulous because you’re living it.
